Yesterday I came home and tried to redeem myself with a 30 minute toning video and 10 minutes of jump roping. It worked. I am down a pound. I did NOT want to exercise but I had no excuse. I was up in weight and I had gotten home early because I had a doctor appointment. Not to would have just been super lazy which I very well can be-but not yesterday. Hubby was out bike riding so I did the snack dinner thing and claimed I had a sandwich and I'm going to let him eat up the rest of that delicious chicken he made. I kind of like the snack dinner concept because I get something I crave. It may not always be the lowest in calories when you add them together BUT it is not heavy. It doesn't sit in my stomach and make me feel full and fat. I am usually still hungry after because it's not very filling but it's easier to cope with because I indulged in something I really wanted and satisfied a craving. It's a lot easier to be hungry when you got to have Lemon Cooler cake and don't feel so deprived.
It's finally Friday. I am wearing a pair of black skinny jeans that make me feel skinny. I got a little nervous at first because I don't remember them fitting this well. They have a snug fit-the way skinny jeans are supposed to. Did I gain weight? Well, techically I have because I was maintaining around 116 the last time I wore them but none of my other clothes fit differently so they probably did fit this well and I just don't rememeber. They are practically brand new. I only wore them a few times and that was when it was still winter weather.
No real plans for the weekend. I need to clean house and I think we are going to see a movie. I put my pics up into another silly online modeling contest. Chances are slim to none but that's what I said the last time when I finished in the top 5 and won lots of free clothes. I enter then I forget about it. Winning would just be an unlikely bonus that I didn't plan on.

Anamarie was actually one of my favorites... She was a little too thin, but she's beautiful... Sad.
ReplyDeleteAnd I KNOW how you feel about the hiding eating meals together... We sit on the floor at the coffeetable in our house, and I let my dog crawl up to me and give her bites when the hubby's not looking. Like a little kid trying not to eat their vegetables, only that's all I eat!
