I am not feeling too stressed about my weight or my food intake. I don't feeling deprived or too hungry or too out of control. I'm not feeling worried about being out of the 116's. I don't know why but it's definitely a good thing. It's much nicer this way although I know all too well it could change in the blink of an eye.
Monday and Tuesday I did my basic work snacks as per usual-although I think I actually got so busy at work Monday I didn't have my afternoon yogurt. Monday for dinner was a grilled chicken sandwich on sandwich thins with one slice of cheese and a few pretzels for dinner. Yesterday was an in home cheese casadilla, serving of tortilla chips, and a light beer. Sometimes after dinner I want string cheese or an apple or SOMETHING but so far this week I've not even thought about a snack after dinner. I did eat the Activia yesterday and there was zero effect. How many do you have to eat?
Today is going to be work snacks again and then for dinner I think we are having salad with grilled chicken on it at home. Hopefully I can find myself in the 116's by the end of the week. A while ago the week I was on my period I would drop weight but the last two times my body has been holding onto everything so hard it's not had any factor whatsoever. I think it might have been because I stop taking BC pills for the week and for some reason my bowels tend to be a bit better. I am on my period now so maybe that will help this time around. I have been having to pee a bit more and the bowels have been OK which is good because it means I am not holding onto EVERYTHING and feeling like a stuffed pig.
No worries. For now.
You're supposed to eat activia for 2 weeks before you "get regular" if that's what you're going for. If you want it's immune system help you just keep eating it. For regularity I go with Metamucil. 3 times a day for 3 days or so, and I'm good.
