Low Carbs Day 2

Egg beaters with Coffee
This morning I am down 1.5 lbs!  I had a nice solid BM in the morning and I've been peeing well all day.  It's nice to feel like my body is actually functioning normally for a change.  This morning's breakfast was the same as yesterday except I used a real piece of bacon in the egg beaters instead of bacon bits and it tasted even better.

Lunch was the same exact string cheese and almonds from yesterday.  There were cookies that we always have at our meetings and I don't think I have EVER EVER not had one or two or even three but this time I was strong and I didn't.  I really want to see this low carb thing through.  I wasn't going to let a cookie stand in my way.  They smelled so good though.  I admit I grabbed one and and took a tiny piece off and wrapped it up for later.  Old habits die hard!  Hubby is ending his low carb diet today because in addition to the 16 lbs he already lost in 90 days he lost another 3 doing this and says he is already below his goal and doesn't need to lose anymore.  Must be nice.  I drank about 12 oz of water during the last half of work and it literally came right back out.  And when I came home from work I was 0.5 below my morning weight.
One of my favorite snacks or in this case dinners
Dinner.  I'm too lazy to cook some more chicken breast (which would be better sodium wise) and I don't want to eat hubby's chicken breast that he diced and mixed with Light Mayo.  Not that he wouldn't let me but it's just how I am.  I had a craving for Peanut Butter anyways and since I had only eaten 13 carbs for the day I had room for Peanut Butter and Crackers which is one of my favorite snacks.  Plus, hubby was away during dinner time and I knew he wouldn't be around to harass me about my "non dinner."  I probably should have had the Fiber 1 cereal instead but I went with my craving this time and it's still a clean eating day because reduced fat crackers are far healthier then cookies.  My fiber count is super low now.

I had more of this with one slice of ham
Then I had my fill of cheese.  There wasn't much of anything else I could eat that was easy to snack on and wouldn't push me over my carb limit.  I'm a carb whore AND a cheese whore.  If I can't have one I'm all over the other.  High fat, so so calories, low fiber but I focused on the carb target and hit it again.
