Stuck on 117.5

I am bummed that there is no movement on the scale this morning and a day out at the fair tomorrow is staring me in the face.  I did my exercise video, took a dump before bed AND had to get up in the middle of the night to pee.  What more do you want?  Oh yeah...starvation.  I didn't get that part right.

Yesterday's Eats: 1070
  • Breakfast:  Bagel (270)
  • Lunch:  Sandwich  (300), Wheat Thins (100)
  • Dinner:  Sandwich (300), Tort Chips (100)
So if I do,  and I when I say IF I mean WHEN I eat that slice of french bread pizza at the fair tomorrow I will do so knowing that it will be the last thing I get to indulge in until July 10th.  I will NOT eat a thing until we get to the fair.  When I do I will eat my pizza, a beer, and maybe an ice cream cone.  Thereafter I will be the queen of restriction from that day on because I am seriously running out of time.  I think I'll make it into a fun little game to see just how little I can eat being surrounded by family and friends the week leading up to my wedding.

Thanks ladies for your words of encouragement!  I really need it.

  1. You can definitely do it! You just have to think about it this way. Your indulgence at the fair will be enough to fill you all day. So if you eat it at about midday, you will still have the rest of the day to burn it off by walking around and moving. You wont be sitting at a desk all day. It's the only thing that made yesterday bareable for me. I walked around from 10 am until 11pm once the fireworks were done.

Once tomorrow is over, all you have to do is plan out the next 3 days, maybe do a fast and plan the 2 before your wedding. you will get to your goal with no problems!

  2. Have you thought of cutting back on carbs? You eat a lot of them, and most in processed forms like breads.

  3. Carbs (along with candy)really are my weakness. Right now it's mostly from all those darn sandwiches.

  4. I wish I could be stuck on 117.5. Sometimes we hit a wall and we just have to be patient. Switch things up a little. Maybe try a veggie/fruit cleanse for a few days. Do a new workout. Good luck!
